§ 33.102 JOINT PURCHASING AGREEMENTS.

   (A)   The city shall share in centralized procurement through joint purchasing with the state, as revised on July 1, 1972.

   (B)   The city is authorized to enter into agreements for joint purchasing authorized units of government under the law, including the city of Chicago, Cook County and other municipalities in the Northwest Municipal Conference and the South Suburban Mayors’ and Managers’ Association.
