§ 114.087 POLITICAL COMMITTEES.

Any political committee shall obtain a license from the Illinois State Board of Elections and fully comply with ILCS Ch. 230, Act 15, § 8.1 of the Illinois Raffles and Poker Runs Act as well as comply with all of the requirements of this subchapter.
