(A) All Committee meetings shall be conducted in accordance of the requirements of the Open Meetings Act.
(B) The Secretary shall keep minutes of Committee meetings which shall be turned over to the City Clerk following approval.
(C) At the first initial meeting of the Committee and at the first meeting in each January thereafter, the Committee shall establish a regular meeting schedule for the remainder of the year, which will be posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act meetings, which will be turned over to the City Clerk following approval.
