Collocations for which permits are approved shall be completed within 180 days of issuance of the permit, unless the city agrees to extend the period or a delay is caused by make-ready work for a city utility pole or by the lack of commercial power or backhaul availability at the site, provided the applicant has made a timely request within 60 days after the issuance of the permit for commercial power or backhaul services, and the additional time to complete installation does not exceed 360 days after issuance of the permit. Permits that are not completed within applicable time lines shall be void absent an extension granted in writing by the city.
