(A) The Gazebo Committee shall have no more than five people appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.
(B) The initial appointments for Gazebo Committee members shall be made upon the passage of this section, and will expire on April 30, 2008.
(C) Gazebo Committee members shall not be compensated for their services.
(D) Three members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum.
(E) A majority decision of all members present at a duly-constituted meeting shall be required for all Committee actions.
