(A) The purpose of the Community Pool Commission shall be the oversight of the Oak Forest Community Pool. The Commission will identify goals and progress needed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment of current facilities and explore the possibilities of future facilities for the residents of the community.
(B) The Commission shall have the responsibility of tracking and reporting of the expenses and revenues of the pool, and to work with the City Administrator to create a budget each year.
(C) The Commission shall mobilize community resources, and assist in the planning of events to support the economic sustainability of the pool.
