§ 118.180 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
   (A)   Upon conviction of any person for a violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter, the license granted to the person under this subchapter shall be suspended for not less than one year, at the end of which period the individual must obtain a clearance from the Business License Commissioner verifying the expiration of the suspension period.
   (B)   Upon a second conviction for a violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter, the license granted under this subchapter shall be revoked permanently and the licensee shall not be able to reapply within the city limits.
