§ 118.163 LICENSE REQUIRED; TRANSFERABILITY; FEE.
   (A)   No person shall engage in the business of dealing in secondhand goods or used personal property, gold, silver and/or other precious metals without first obtaining a license therefor as provided in this subchapter. A separate license shall be required for each location, place or premises used for the conduct of the business of the secondhand dealer.
   (B)   The privilege extended by the license is a personal privilege and shall not be transferable to another individual or entity, nor shall there be any abatement of the fee for such license by reason of the fact that the license holder has exercised the privilege for any period less than that for which it was granted.
   (C)   The annual fee for the license required by this section shall be as set forth in § 110.007(B).
