§ 111.64 MISREPRESENTATION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, dispense, pour, or mix any liquor which is represented to be of a certain quantity or kind, a given brand name, or to be of certain ingredients when it is in fact different from such representation. It shall be unlawful to add to or water down any liquor while it is in its original package, or otherwise, except when a customer orders a drink with water as a mix.
