§ 111.59 INSPECTION.
   It shall be the duty of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner or his or her authorized agent, and is hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to inspect and examine the premises wherein retail liquor business is carried on, for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not all health ordinances of the city and provisions of this code relative to the carrying on of such business are being complied with at such premises. It shall be the duty of every such person, firm or corporation licensed under the provisions of this subchapter to permit such inspection to be made and to exhibit the premises to such persons making such inspection and a record of such inspection shall be kept on file in the office of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner or the City Police Department. A failure to permit such inspection shall be sufficient cause to revoke or suspend a license for the premises.
