§ 111.56 LICENSING OF PREMISES FOR WHICH A LICENSE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY REVOKED.

When any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter is revoked for any cause, no license shall be granted to any person, group of persons, partnership, firm or corporation for a period of one year thereafter for the sale of alcoholic liquor in the premises described in the revoked license.
