§ 111.08 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Adopted and applicable to the operation of a food service establishment, retail food store, temporary food service establishment and mobile food unit in the city are those rules and regulations set forth in the Food Service Sanitation Manual, 1983, as amended, and the Retail Food Store Sanitation Manual, 1983, as amended, both published by the State Department of Public Health. Three copies of each manual are on file in the office of the City Clerk for public use, inspection and examination and have been on file for such purposes for more than 30 days prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this subchapter (Ordinance 1423, passed May 13, 1986). Both manuals are adopted by reference and made a part of this subchapter as if fully set forth in this subchapter. However, where any ordinance of the city sets forth a more stringent requirement than the rules and regulations, the more stringent ordinance shall control.
