§ 111.06 CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
   Each applicant for a food service establishment license shall provide the city’s Health Commission with evidence of a valid certificate of registration in food handling and sanitation issued by the State Department of Public Health to members of his or her supervisory or managerial staff. At least one such registered member who is employed full-time at the licensed location shall be responsible for compliance with the Food Service Sanitation Manual at the licensed location where he or she is employed.
