§ 32.430 FIRE INVESTIGATOR QUALIFICATIONS.

   The qualifications of a fire/arson investigator shall be, at a minimum, the following:

   (A)   A fire/arson investigation certification outlined by the Illinois State Fire Marshal's office (120 hours);

   (B)   Firefighter III certification as outlined by the Illinois State Fire Marshal’s Office; and

   (C)   Additional requirements as deemed necessary by the Fire and Police Chiefs.
