(A) The fire/arson investigator shall have the overall authority of the remains of all areas, structures and materials involved in the fire from the time the fire is put out until which time he or she deems it necessary to release them.
(B) Upon the completion of the investigation, the arson investigator, if appropriate, shall deliver the results of the investigation to the Police Department.
(C) The Fire and Police Departments will work in full cooperation during fire/arson investigations.
