§ 92.10 RESPONSIBILITY TO ANSWER ALARMS.
   When an alarm has been activated at a business or private residence and the police and/or fire respond, the owner or his or her representative shall be present at such location after being requested to do so by the Police or Fire Department or alarm equipment supplier responsible for making such notification. Response will be as soon as possible but shall not exceed one hour from time of request. Refusal to respond or excessive response time shall constitute grounds for revocation of alarm user permit and a fine.
