No automatic protection devices known as dial alarms installed after the effective date of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived (Ordinance 2011-01-0325O) by any person on premises of any kind in the city shall be keyed to any police emergency trunk line or to any line used by the police or fire for either emergency purposes or for general information from the Police or Fire Departments.
