§ 32.428 PURPOSES AND DUTIES.
   (A)   This Bureau shall investigate fires to determine whether the fire was caused as a result of carelessness or design.
   (B)   The Bureau shall develop operating procedures to aid in its work. The Bureau shall, as needed, seek outside expertise to aid in the investigation of the cause and origins of a fire.
