§ 32.427 CONTROL AND AUTHORITY; LIAISON.
   (A)   The Fire Investigation Bureau shall be under joint control of the Chief of each of the Oak Forest Police and Fire Departments.
   (B)   In the event of a conflict between the joint heads, the Fire Chief shall have ultimate authority.
   (C)   The Fire and Police Chief may appoint a liaison to act as head of the Fire Investigation Bureau.
