The Police Department will charge an administrative fee of $50 for the processing of bail or bond of an individual in any legal process, civil or criminal, or on any bookable arrest, including any arrest on a warrant. Any fee not paid within 30 days of posting bail or bond, shall be subject to a fee of $200.
