§ 32.404 VOLUNTEERS.

(A) All persons other than mayoral appointments and employees of the city, volunteering for service pursuant to this subchapter, shall serve without compensation.

(B) While engaged in the service, they shall have the same immunities as persons and employees of the city performing similar duties.
