§ 32.400 MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.
   The Director of the Emergency Management Agency of the city may negotiate mutual aid agreements with other cities or political subdivisions of the state, but no agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the Mayor and Council and by the State Director of the Emergency Management Agency.
