§ 95.48 ANIMALS PROHIBITED ON STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall ride, lead or drive, or cause to be ridden, led or driven, on any public thoroughfare, parkway or shoulder of a road in the city, any horse, pony, cattle, pig, goat or sheep.
   (B)   Animals may be ridden, led or driven along bridle paths and across animal crossings as so designated and approved by the Mayor and Council.
   (C)   Animals may be ridden, led or driven along a designated parade route if they are direct participants in a parade approved by the City Clerk’s office and if a parade permit has been issued.
