§ 95.41 DESTRUCTION OF ANIMALS; RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS.
   (A)   It is not the obligation of the city, upon an owner’s request, to pick up a dog or other animal for the purpose of destroying it.
   (B)   That obligation rests solely with the owner.
