§ 32.398 FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Emergency Management Agency of the city shall perform functions within the city as are prescribed in and by the State Emergency Management Agency plan and program prepared by the Governor and in and by such orders, rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the Governor and, in addition shall perform such duties outside the corporate limits as may be required pursuant to any mutual aid agreement with any other political subdivision, municipality or quasi-municipality entered into as provided by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act of 1975.
   (B)   These emergency management and coordinative function include, but are not limited to, coordination of, but not limited to the following; mutual aid, ground search and rescue, weather situations (flooding, ice storms, tornado spotting), maintain the operation of outdoor warning system, radiological and hazardous material, resource management (preparing and maintaining the emergency operational plan), communication support, evacuation and relocation, assist in accident re-construction (rail, air, and vehicle), incident command center for MABAS divisions, and other situations that require an incident command center.
