§ 95.37 PROXIMITY OF ANIMAL HOUSES TO RESIDENCES, CHURCHES OR SCHOOLS; PROHIBITED STRUCTURES.
   (A)   No separate structure or enclosure used for the housing of domestic animals shall be erected or maintained closer than 25 feet from any residential unit or closer than 100 feet from any church or school. Such a structure or enclosure shall otherwise comply with applicable building, zoning, health and sanitation ordinances of the city and the statutes of the state.
   (B)   No person shall build or erect, or cause to be built or erected, any stable, barn, shed or other structure to be used for the keeping, confining or housing of any animal that is not permitted in the city, as set forth in § 95.31 above.
