§ 95.32 NUMBER OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS TO BE KEPT.

No person shall keep or maintain more than a total of three adult domestic animals in, on or around a single-family dwelling, apartment, home or domicile within the city. However, this shall not apply to licensed kennels, pet shops, animal rescuers or a licensed veterinary hospital or clinic.
