§ 95.29 DESTRUCTION OF UNREDEEMED ANIMALS.

Any impounded domestic animal which is not redeemed within 96 hours, and is not transferred to a designated Animal Control Commission, may be humanely destroyed or otherwise disposed of by the Animal Control Officer.
