§ 95.25 RELEASE OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS.

No person, other than a duly authorized employee or agent of the city, shall untie any domestic animal that is in an enclosure or on the premises of its owner or keeper or take or release any such domestic animal from the enclosure or premises.
