§ 95.07 LICENSE REQUIRED; CERTIFICATE OF INOCULATION.
   (A)   No person shall own or keep a dog or domestic cat in the city without first obtaining a license therefor.
   (B)   The license shall be obtained from the City Clerk by reporting to the City Clerk’s office annually, within 30 days after July 1 each year, the person’s name and address and the name, breed, color and sex of each and every dog and domestic cat owned or kept by such person.
   (C)   The person shall pay to the City Clerk or his or her duly authorized representative $5 as an annual license fee for each such dog and domestic cat, and each such license shall expire on June 30 next following its issuance.
   (D)   No such license shall be issued unless the owner presents a certificate of inoculation for rabies from the County Health Department.
