§ 32.363 POWERS.
   The Senior Citizen Commission shall have the power to:
   (A)   Review and evaluate community senior citizen services and facilities;
   (B)   Maximize the use of present facilities by senior citizens;
   (C)   Recommend rules and regulations concerning the rendering or operation of services and facilities under its direction or supervision;
   (D)   Coordinate with other organizations as to the social, recreational, educational, cultural, art and health services, special events, needs and opportunities for senior citizens;
   (E)   Coordinate the rendering of services and the operation of facilities with other agencies;
   (F)   Review and evaluate the use of the senior bus and recommend rules and regulations concerning its operation and services. The Commission shall also be responsible for recommending a budget, to the City Council, for the senior bus for each fiscal year; and
   (G)   Perform other acts as may be necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of this subchapter, consistent with the direction of the Mayor and Council.
