(A) The Oak Forest Green Steps Commission shall be composed of seven Commissioners and one Aldermanic Ex-Officio Member to serve as liaison between the Commission and the Oak Forest City Council.
(B) All Commissioners will be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Oak Forest with the advice and consent of the City Council. The ex-officio member shall be appointed by the Mayor. The Oak Forest Green Steps Commission shall have the right to select its own Chairman from the members already appointed by the Mayor.
(C) Vacancies on the Green Steps Commission shall be filled in the same manner in which the original appointments are required to be made.
