§ 32.590 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is established the Building Department.
   (B)   The Building Department shall consist of the position of Building Commissioner, and other personnel as determined by need.
   (C)   All employment and positions in the department are subject to budgetary considerations.
