§ 32.130 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is established the Community/Commercial Economic Development Department.
   (B)   The Community/Commercial Economic Development Department shall consist of the position of Director of Community/Commercial Economic Development Department and other personnel as determined by need.
   (C)   All employment and positions in the department are subject to budgetary considerations.
