There is created a Planning and Zoning Commission, which shall consist of the nine members of the present Planning Commission. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall be deemed to be the “Board of Appeals,” as described in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-13-1 et seq., and the "Plan Commission," as described in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-12-1 et seq.
