§ 159.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.
   (B)   A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
