§ 32.293 QUALIFICATIONS.
   The qualifications for appointment as a member to the Oak Forest Crime Prevention Commission shall include the following.
   (A)   All Commission members must be at least 21 years of age.
   (B)   The Chief of Police shall screen all persons and review their qualifications.
   (C)   All appointees must profess an interest in and a basic understanding of the philosophy and practice of crime prevention, and be willing to participate in training opportunities that may be available.
