§ 32.275 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION; TERMS OF OFFICE.
   (A)   There is established in and for the city a Commission of Consumer Protection, the chairperson of which shall be entitled the Commissioner of Consumer Protection.
   (B)   The Commission shall consist of ten members. All Commissioners will be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Oak Forest with the advice and consent of the City Council. The Oak Forest Consumer Protection Commission shall have the right to select its own chairman from the members already appointed by the Mayor.
   (C)   Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled in the same manner in which the original appointments are required to be made.
   (D)   The members of the Commission shall represent a cross-section of consumer interests and shall not include local businessmen and business women who own and/or manage a city business that might be the subject of a Commission investigation or regulation.
