(A) The Oak Forest Citizens Advisory Commission shall be composed of nine commissioners and one ex-officio alderman to serve as liaison between the commissioners and Council. All commissioners shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. The ex-officio alderman shall be appointed by the Mayor. Commissioners shall serve until retirement or replacement.
(B) The commissioners shall have the right to select their own chairperson from the members already appointed by the Mayor.
(C) Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled in the same manner in which the original appointments are required to be made.
