(A) The F.F.I.B. shall provide to the Oak Forest City Council an annual audit of the financial affairs of the Fire Department to be made by a certified public accountant at the end of each fiscal year in accordance with generally accepted auditing principals.
(B) The annual report shall be delivered to the Mayor, City Treasurer and City Administrator. The audit shall be paid for from funds collected from the foreign fire insurance company fees.
