§ 32.214 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Emergency Telephone System Advisory Board shall have the following powers and duties:
   (A)   To render advice to the 9-1-1 Board as to the planning of a 9-1-1 system;
   (B)   To render advice to the 9-1-1 Board regarding coordinating and supervising the implementation, upgrading and maintenance of the system, including the establishment of equipment specifications and coding systems;
   (C)   To render advice regarding receiving moneys from the surcharge imposed under ILCS, Ch. 65, Act 5, § 15.3 and from any other source, for deposit into the emergency telephone system fund; and
   (D)   To render other duties as may be delegated by the 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System Board, with the approval of the City Council.
