§ 32.212 COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENTS.
   (A)   The Emergency Telephone System Advisory Board shall consist of five members who are residents of the city.
   (B)   They shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council on the basis of their particular fitness for duty on the Board as well as prior experience.
