(A) The Building Department shall file copies of all building permits with the Township Assessor of the township in which the proposed construction is to be located within 30 days of the issuance thereof. The Building Department shall keep on file a receipt from the Township Assessor of the township in which the proposed construction is to be located showing that the building permit has been filed and that the property is subject to increased assessment.
(B) The Building Department shall file copies of all occupancy permits with the appropriate Township Assessor within 30 days of the issuance thereof.
