§ 32.115 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.
   (A)   There is established in and for the city a Department of Public Works.
   (B)   The Department shall consist of a Director of Public Works and other officers and personnel as determined from time to time by Council.
   (C)   The Directory of Public Works is also referred to as the Superintendent of Public Works in these codified ordinances.
