§ 32.096 SALVAGE FROM FIRES; PROOF OF OWNERSHIP.
   No person shall be entitled to take away any property in the possession of the Fire Department that was saved from a fire until proof of ownership is offered to the satisfaction of the Fire Chief or his or her subordinate.
