§ 32.093 OVERCROWDING.

(A) The Fire Chief shall not allow more persons to enter any place of public assembly than the number of persons certified to by the Building Commissioner, which number of persons appears on the license issued for the place or for the premises.

(B) Any place of public assembly that is in violation of this section shall be closed until the violation is corrected.
