§ 32.092 RECORDS.

(A) The Fire Chief shall cause to be made and shall maintain, in a proper manner, records of all inspections made and a summary of violations, together with memoranda on the disposition of all violations found to exist.

(B) The records shall be open for inspection by the City Clerk, the Mayor, Council, the Chief of Police, the Building Commissioner and building inspectors.
