§ 32.091 INVESTIGATIONS.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall investigate or cause to be investigated all complaints of violations of the fire regulations of the city.
   (B)   Where it is found that the fire regulations are being violated, or that any building, structure or premises are in a condition as to be a probable cause of fire, or are likely to endanger life or safety in case of fire, panic or other accident, compliance may be attempted to be secured first by informal action.
   (C)   Where compliance is not obtained by the informal action within a reasonable time, a complaint for the violation, of the regulations shall be initiated by the Chief or such subordinate as he or she may designate.
