§ 32.085 COMMAND OF DEPARTMENT; RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall have the sole and absolute control and command over all persons on duty connected with the Fire Department.
   (B)   He or she shall possess full power and authority over the organization, government and discipline of the Department and the direction and control of the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
   (C)   To that end, the Chief may, from time to time, prescribe and establish rules and regulations as he or she deems advisable, subject to the provisions of the Police and Fire Commissioners Act and the codes and ordinances adopted by the Mayor and Council.
