§ 32.070 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is established in and for the city a Fire Department. The Department shall consist of a Fire Chief, a Bureau of Fire Prevention and such other officers and personnel as may be provided for in this subchapter and from time to time by Council.
